Return & Refund Policy – Groomify

At Groomify, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased through our store.


Returns

Al sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, items would normally need to be unused and in original condition, but Groomify does not process returns of any kind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns, we will review damage or error claims on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement or solution may be provided at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are typically non-returnable (such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods).

In addition, all items sold by Groomify are non-returnable, as all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
